Cheesy chicken and VEGGIE noodles

- 500ml (2 cups) water
- 1 x 83g pkt 97% Fat Free Maggie 2 Minute Chicken Noodles
- 100g (1 cup) frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons cheddar, coarsely grated
Step 1
Place water in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil. Add noodles and vegetables to the pan. Cook, partially covered, for 2 minutes. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons cooking liquid. Return the noodles, vegetables and reserved cooking liquid to the pan. Add half the flavour sachet from the noodle packet and half of the grated cheddar to the noodle mixture. Stir until well combined. Divide among serving bowls. Top with the remaining grated cheddar to serve.
