- 4 cups rice flakes
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1/3 cup flaked almonds, toasted (optional)
- Reduced-fat milk,(or any flavour) to serve
