- 1 wholemeal bread roll
- 2 tablespoons grated cheddar
- 2 short-cut bacon rashers, cooked(can use a strip of chicken replacing bacon)
- 1 slice canned pineapple
- Baby cos lettuce leaves
- Butter
Step 1
Halve 1 wholemeal bread roll. Spread base with butter. Top with 2 tablespoons grated cheddar; baby cos lettuce leaves; 2 short-cut bacon rashers, cooked; and 1 slice canned pineapple. Top with remaining roll.
