- 375ml (1 1/2 cups) reduced-fat milk
- 1/2 200g container skim milk natural yogurt
- 1 ripe small or 1/2 large banana, chopped(can use pear replacing banana)
- 1/2 300g pkt frozen or 150g fresh raspberries(can use apple or other berry's replacing raspberry)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oat bran
- 2 teaspoons honey(optional)
Step 1
Place the milk, yogurt, banana, raspberries, oat bran and honey in a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Pour into serving glasses.
